A weeping person starts laughing, when he goes near a smiling person; An ailing person gets sound sleep on being given the correct medicine. Just as a soap washes off all the dirt of the dirty garment; Just as the sullage water, as it immerses with the water of the River Ganga, also becomes as pure as Ganga; Similarly, man may be a notorious sinner, if he seeks shelter of the True Master; Avtar says, he attains salvation in one moment. |
Meaning
Here , Baba Avtar Singh Ji talks about the change that a pure form can make to an impure form. And this happens only if a contact is made between the two forms.
Iron can turn into gold if it is brought in contact with Paras. Even the plant growing next to the sandal tree becomes the sandal tree. A sad person can also become happy if he sees someone smiling. An unwell person can also sleep peacefully, if the right medicines are given to him. The dirty clothes can become clean if it is washed with the right soap. Even the unclean water can become Holy water if it is mixed with Holy water. Thus, these examples prove that when impure form is added to the pure form, it can make wonders.
Therefore, He says that even the greatest sinner can attain salvation if he comes to the shelter of the True Master. By this, he will create a contact with God and become pure.
